Recalls
A patient will be recalled where the results of clinical condition/s, if not followed up, may result in further complications for the patient. We use HotDoc to notify our patients of any recalls.
Reminders
We have a reminder system at our practice. Should you wish to be included on the recall list for this service, please ask your doctor. This will also register you with any state registers applicable to your reminder. We use HotDoc to notify our patients of their health reminders.

Results
All results can be discussed by making an appointment with your doctor. Reception staff are not medically trained to be able to provide or discuss specific results, but may be able to relay a message notated by your doctor when checking your test results. Doctors will notify patients by telephone if a result requires urgent attention.
